2. Order Processing: Based on the measurements recorded by the measurer and each employee's wearing habits, input the garment body size data into the computer for analysis, classification, and archiving, determine the garment's finished size, and use CAD technology for custom fitting.

3. Production Scheduling: After fabric confirmation, immediately issue production orders, strictly scheduling production lead times according to the contract delivery date.

II. During Sales

1. Production: Customers can fully follow up on our production process, with immediate consultation to resolve any issues.

2. Packaging: Package by region, department, and measurement order according to customer needs, with department and name indicated on the garment packaging.

3. Transportation: Transport according to customer requirements, ensuring goods arrive at the specified location on time.

III. After-sales Service

1. For any product quality issues, we provide unconditional returns or exchanges. If the garment size does not fit, we will dispatch staff within 24 hours of notification for alterations or remaking. If the fabric or accessory quality does not meet requirements or promises, or if there are craftsmanship issues, we will immediately repair or replace until all customer employees are satisfied. If the customer remains unsatisfied after two modifications, we will be responsible for remaking or refunding.

2. For clothing damaged due to improper wear, if repair is needed, the individual can send it to us for repair or hand it over to our staff. The company will only charge the cost of original materials appropriately.

3. To ensure color and style consistency when producing garments in batches, we will keep a stock of certain fabrics for a period, always ready to meet the customization needs of new employees, ensuring the customer's overall image remains consistent.

IV. Quality

1. All our products are strictly produced according to industry standards and internal corporate control standards.

2. Production process control: Implement "self-inspection, mutual inspection, and specialized inspection" for each step to ensure product quality.

3. Garment and fabric/accessory quality are strictly produced according to sealed samples confirmed by both parties.

4. The garment quality warranty period is one year from the date of acceptance, ensuring no issues like seam opening, button loss, or bubbling under normal wear and maintenance, and no fabric fading, pilling, or shining.

5. If quality issues arise due to improper maintenance, the company will repair them, charging cost fees as appropriate.

6. During the one-year warranty period, our company will periodically send staff to follow up with customers; and promptly address any related issues until every customer employee is satisfied.
