VFQ Series Ductile Iron Electric Control Valve

The valve body adopts the iron mold sand coating casting process, which eliminates mold expansion compared to traditional methods. The valve wall thickness is uniform, free from air holes and sand holes, with high material density and a more refined appearance.

The valve body and stainless steel valve port are formed in one go during casting, preventing deformation of the valve port. Even under prolonged high-temperature use, there is no external leakage, ensuring zero leakage during factory pressure tests. The sealing ring is made of PTFE + carbon fiber material, offering better wear resistance.

The paint surface is treated with automated spraying and drying equipment, resulting in stronger paint adhesion, better anti-corrosion effects, and significantly improved glossiness of the valve body.
