Control of Rice Pests:
24% MilaMi SC at 15-30ml/667m2 provides effective control against both rice leaf rollers and Chilo suppressalis. For controlling rice leaf rollers, the leaf protection efficacy of 24% MilaMi SC at 20ml/667m2 and 30ml/667m2 was 76.7% and 79.9% respectively at 7 days after application, and 88.8% and 92.8% at 15 days after application. For controlling Chilo suppressalis, 24% MilaMi SC at 30ml/667m2 effectively reduces damage, with seedling protection efficacy exceeding 90%.
Control of Noctuid Pests:
Through plot and field trials, 24% MilaMi SC has shown outstanding efficacy in controlling beet armyworms on autumn cabbage. At a dosage of 20mL/667m2, the control efficacy reached over 90% within 24 hours after application and continued to increase daily, exceeding 98% by the 7th day. Field trial results indicate that 24% MilaMi SC at 20ml/667m2 provides excellent control against beet armyworms, with efficacy rates of 89% at 2 and 5 days after application, and remaining above 80% at 11 days after application. Methoxyfenozide, in particular, effectively kills larvae of all ages within leaf rolls, even when applied after extensive leaf rolling during peak larval infestation. Under normal pest density conditions, spraying once after the peak period of overwintering larval emergence post-bloom and once during the peak damage period of first-generation larvae can effectively control annual damage. Considering cost-effectiveness and efficacy, a dilution of 5000-6000-fold is recommended.
