Overview of Building Equipment Energy Saving and Management System:

The system adopts intelligent equipment integrating power distribution, control, energy saving, energy consumption measurement and analysis, safety alarms, and fieldbus communication to efficiently monitor and manage the building's mechanical and electrical equipment such as air conditioning/fresh air systems, pumps, elevators, and lighting. The building equipment energy saving controller should be installed in the power distribution box of the controlled equipment, integrating relevant secondary circuit systems such as relays in the power distribution box. It employs sub-item energy consumption measurement, analysis, energy-saving control strategies, and fieldbus technology to reduce the operational energy consumption of building mechanical and electrical equipment. 3. Air Conditioning/Fresh Air Unit System

Monitors the actual electrical power, supply/return air temperature, CO2 concentration, etc., of the unit.

Automatically adjusts the opening of cold/hot water valves and fresh/return air dampers to effectively control the fresh/return air ratio, total fresh/return air volume, cold/hot water flow, and fan efficiency under different seasons and operating conditions.

Technical requirements: Dedicated integrated controller for supply and exhaust fans, rail-mounted installation, external energy efficiency monitoring module and three-phase mutual inductor, motor drive device and three-phase integrated mutual inductor. Equipped with functions such as intelligent power distribution, intelligent pump control, energy efficiency optimization, and device self-test. It cooperates with the CPS control and protection switch in the distribution box to provide comprehensive electromechanical integration functions including phase loss, phase break, overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, undercurrent, short circuit, leakage, and three-phase imbalance protection.
