Main Functions of DDC Control Module for Fresh Air Units
1.Automatic Control of Supply Air Temperature
In summer, automatically adjusts the opening of the cold water valve to ensure the supply air temperature reaches the set value.
In winter, automatically adjusts the opening of the hot water valve to ensure the supply air temperature reaches the set value.
2.Automatic Control of Supply Air Humidity
Automatically controls the opening and closing of the humidifying valve to ensure the supply air humidity reaches the set value.
3.Filter Clogging Alarm
Alarms when the pressure difference across the air filter is too high, prompting cleaning.
4.Scheduled Start-Stop Control of Units
Based on pre-arranged work and holiday schedules, starts and stops units at set times, automatically records unit operating hours, and prompts scheduled maintenance.
5.Interlock Protection Control
Interlock: After the fan stops, the fresh air damper, electric regulating valve, and solenoid valve automatically close
Protection: After the fan starts, if the pressure difference before and after is too low, it triggers a fault alarm and interlock shutdown.
Freeze protection: When the temperature is too low, opens the hot water valve, closes the damper, and stops the fan.
