1. Air Conditioning System

Monitors all operational parameters of the air conditioning unit: exhaust fan temperature and humidity, supply air temperature, opening degrees of exhaust dampers, water valves, fresh air dampers, fan operation status, filter status, manual/automatic mode, etc., to promptly grasp the overall operating condition of the air handling unit.

Allows control (parameter settings), such as temperature and humidity setpoints. Users can input set values, which are then sent to the air conditioning unit.

2. Chiller System

Views the operating status (running or not), operating mode (cooling or heating), cooling tower return water humidity, cooling water temperature and pressure, chilled water temperature and pressure, as well as the status of cooling pumps and chilled water pumps, enabling real-time understanding of the entire chiller unit's operation and timely fault handling.

3. Heat Source System

Views the operating status (running or not), operating mode (cooling or heating), cooling tower return water humidity, hot water temperature and pressure, and the status of hot water units, allowing real-time monitoring of the entire hot water system and prompt response to faults.

4. Supply Air Fan

Monitors the operating status of all supply air fan units and triggers alarms in case of malfunctions, facilitating timely intervention to ensure normal operation.

5. Exhaust Fan

Monitors the operating status of all exhaust fan units and triggers alarms in case of malfunctions, facilitating timely intervention to ensure normal operation.

6. Water Supply and Drainage

Water supply equipment (hot water units, disinfection devices, circulation pumps, water tanks, etc.) and drainage equipment (submersible sewage pumps).

7. Fire Alarm System Integration

The fire alarm system transmits information to the smart cloud operation management via serial port or network, including system host operation status, fault alarms; fire detector working status, detector address, location information, and status of related联动 devices.

In the event of a fire in a specific fire compartment, besides the fire alarm system's display, the integrated system workstation automatically shows animated alarm information for that compartment, including fire location and the status of related联动 equipment. Related联动 actions include:

Upon fire alarm, the fire system identifies nearby camera numbers based on the alarm point location and sends a联动 request to the integrated system via network.

8. Intelligent Lighting System Integration

The platform integrates with the intelligent lighting control system via OPC interface, centrally monitoring the working status of lighting control devices and displaying information of various lighting areas on an electronic map. Monitors the operating status, current values, and fault information of critical circuits.

9. Floodlighting System Integration

Hardware connection is achieved through unified network planning and IP allocation, enabling interoperability between the floodlighting subsystem and the smart cloud operation management server computer network to meet data monitoring requirements. Software integration utilizes the network SDK or communication protocol provided by the floodlighting system to develop a custom gateway interface for data communication with the smart building system integrated management platform.

10. Energy Metering System Integration

Energy Consumption Monitoring and Management Module:

Real-Time Energy Saving Control Module:

11. Computer Room Environmental Monitoring System Integration

12. Power Distribution System Integration

Real-time monitoring of power distribution system parameters and alarms; parameters such as voltage, current, and power factor of supply circuits; incoming/outgoing line voltage, current, frequency, power factor, total active power, and apparent power parameters.

Hardware integration through unified network planning and IP allocation enables network interoperability between the elevator subsystem and the smart cloud operation management server computer, meeting data monitoring requirements. Software integration uses the communication protocol provided by the elevator monitoring system to develop custom driver components for data communication with the smart building system integrated management platform.

Software interface layer utilizes the SDK provided by the VRV air conditioning system to develop a custom gateway interface for data communication with the smart building system integrated management platform.
