Product Name: Dispersant NF Product Content: > 99% Product Dispersing Power: > 99.8% Main Uses of Dispersant: In the printing and dyeing industry, it is mainly used for vat dye suspension pad dyeing, leuco acid method dyeing, disperse and soluble vat dye dyeing, etc. It can also be used for silk/wool blended fabric dyeing to prevent dyeing on silk. In the dye industry, it is mainly used as a dispersing aid in the manufacture of disperse and lake dyes, rubber emulsion stabilizer, and as a leather tanning aid, among other industries. Product Composition: Sodium salt of naphthalenesulfonic acid formaldehyde condensate Appearance: Beige powder Solubility: Easily soluble in water of any hardness Ionic Type: Anionic pH Value: 1% aqueous solution pH 7-9 Electrolytic Properties: Resistant to acid, alkali, heat, hard water, and inorganic salts. Compatibility: Can be used simultaneously with anionic and nonionic surfactants. Shelf Life: Can be stored for 6 months when sealed and protected from light. Application Method of Dispersant: Has excellent dispersing and protective colloid properties, but lacks surfactant properties such as penetration and foaming. Has affinity for proteins and polyamide fibers, but no affinity for cotton, hemp, and other fibers. 1. Used as a dispersant and filler for disperse and vat dyes. For fineness processing of disperse dyes or vat dye particles, the dispersant can be added to the grinder together with the dye. The amount of dispersant is 0.5-3 times that of vat dyes or 1.5-2 times that of disperse dyes. Part of it can also be added as a filler during dye commercialization. 2. Vat dye dyeing suspension pad dyeing method: Generally add 3-5 g/L of dispersant in the pad dyeing bath, and 15-20 g/L of dispersant in the reduction bath. 3. For disperse dye dyeing of polyester under high temperature and high pressure, generally add 0.5-1.5 g/L of dispersant to the dye bath.
4. For ice dye dyeing to improve leveling and rubbing fastness, the amount of dispersant in the naphthol padding bath is generally 2-5 g/L, and in the developing bath, it is generally 0.5-2 g/L.
