Emulsifier OP-10

The use of emulsifier OP-10 is as a synthetic fiber oil agent, dispersant in bleaching and dyeing, leveling agent, oilfield foaming agent, wetting agent, retarder, mud activation treatment agent, near-wellbore treatment agent, cleaning agent in the metal industry, emulsifier for pesticides and rubber, etc.

Emulsifier OP-10 is generally a mixture of surfactants with mineral oils and fats, but it can also be soluble in water. It works by breaking down oils and fats into very fine particles, thereby expelling the formed dirt from fabrics. Once emulsified in water, oils and fats can be removed through dilution.

Emulsifiers help remove mineral oils or fats adhering to clothing during the washing process. When mixed with an appropriate amount of alkali and detergent, it can be used to remove gasoline. The combination of alkali and oil-loving surfactants breaks down the small beads of oil and fat into very fine particles. Subsequently, these particles are surrounded and coated with a milky layer on their surface. In this way, after emulsification and dissolution in water, oils and fats are removed through dilution.
