Alkali-resistant defoamer is designed for high-temperature and strong alkali processes. Its outstanding advantage is that it can be used stably under high-temperature (150°C) and strong alkali conditions without demulsification, oil floating, or failure. The product has high content, low viscosity, and long foam suppression time. It exhibits excellent thermal stability, is not prone to demulsification or oil floating, and is an outstanding defoamer and foam inhibitor.

Usage of Alkali-resistant Defoamer:

This product delivers excellent defoaming and foam suppression effects in high-temperature and strong alkali systems (55°C, pH > 14). It can be used as a foam inhibitor by directly adding it to spray cleaning agents during the production process or adding it afterward. The recommended dosage is 0.2~3% of the total cleaning agent.
