Acid Leveling Agent

1. This product is soluble in water, exhibiting non-ionic properties in alkaline or neutral media, while showing cationic characteristics in acidic media. It possesses excellent leveling and diffusion performance.

2. It is primarily used as a leveling agent for acid metal complex dyes, reducing fabric strength damage. It can also serve as a leveling agent for neutral dyes and vat dyes. It effectively controls the instantaneous dye uptake rate and dye migration, and facilitates rapid dyeing at high temperatures.

3. It acts as a leveling agent for wool, hemp, silk, and synthetic fibers. When used at higher concentrations, it becomes an ideal stripping agent. As a stripping agent for wool and nylon fabrics, it is employed in wool stripping and level dyeing, improving fabric appearance. In the dyeing and printing of ice dyes, it enhances the fabric's rubbing fastness.

4. In the production of viscose fiber tire cord, it serves as an additive to increase cord strength, improve viscose filterability and processing technology, and enhance the single-filament strength of the cord. This reduces the replacement rate of spinning nozzles by approximately 20–40%.

5. It is used in textiles as an emulsifier, antistatic agent, and dispersing agent.
