Precautions for Electronic Scales
After calibration and approval for use, the following precautions should be observed when using the electronic platform scale:
1: Pay attention to the maximum and minimum weighing capacity of the scale, use it reasonably, and do not exceed the maximum capacity to prevent damage.
2: Try to use the middle part of the weighing platform for measurement. Avoid impact or rough handling.
3: When reading, add the values of the scale and the additional weights; combine the values of the main and auxiliary scales.
4: Observe the balance of the scale when empty.
5: After weighing, close the gate valve of the indicator, place the object to be weighed properly, and then open the gate valve to prevent deformation from impact.
6: The scale should be placed on a level ground, ensuring all four wheels are firmly in contact without suspension. If any issue is found, take padding measures promptly.

Electronic Scale Maintenance
1. Maintenance and management should be assigned to a designated person.
2. Do not oil the scale's components, especially the knife edges, bearings, and hanging rings. Keep them clean and dry.
3. Do not disassemble the main and auxiliary sliding weights arbitrarily or alter their weight without authorization.
4. Close the gate of the indicator after weighing.
5. When the scale is not in use, do not place heavy objects on the weighing platform.
6. After weighing corrosive items, clean any residual substances thoroughly.
7. Pay attention to the scale's calibration date and send it to the metrology department for inspection as required.
8. The calibration cycle for the scale should not exceed one year, as specified by the calibration regulations.
