Emulsifier for Thermal Paper Sensitizer BON

The emulsifier for thermal paper sensitizer BON is primarily used to emulsify BON for uniform coating and water-based application in thermal paper. The resulting water-based thermal paper sensitizer provides even coating, environmental friendliness, and excellent color development.

Formulation:

Emulsifier BON-W1: 80 grams

Thermal Paper Photosensitizer BON: 1000 grams

Water: 300 grams

Application Method:

After pre-mixing, grind directly using a colloid mill until the texture is fine (particle size less than 4μm under microscope or 4μm by drawdown test). Let it stand for one day without significant sedimentation, then add 620g of water and grind again with the colloid mill for homogenization. The resulting water emulsion has a solid content of 54% and BON content of 50%.

Packaging Specifications: 25KG/drum or 200KG/drum

Storage and Transportation Conditions: Store and transport as general chemicals; keep in sealed drums in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf Life: One year
