Diisobutyl Nylonate DIB

Yintian YT-DIB Diisobutyl Nylonate, commonly known as anti-freeze oil, is a plasticizer synthesized from a mixture of adipic acid, glutaric acid, and succinic acid with isobutanol. It offers excellent cold resistance, is insoluble in water, and has good compatibility with polyvinyl chloride (PVC), nitrocellulose, styrene-butadiene rubber, and neoprene.

Applications:

YT-DIB can be used as a plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and synthetic rubber. It has high plasticizing efficiency and excellent processing properties, improving the low-temperature flexibility of products and reducing their compression set. It is commonly used in low-temperature applications such as molded mechanical parts, gaskets, hoses, and packaging materials for frozen foods. However, it should not be used for agricultural films. It offers good compatibility and low-temperature performance, enhancing the low-temperature flexibility of products and reducing compression set.

Packaging and Storage: 190KG/iron drum

Store in a cool, dry place, protected from heat, moisture, direct sunlight, and rain. Ensure waterproofing and sealing, and keep away from open flames. Non-hazardous, transport as per general liquid requirements.
