Primary Plasticizer: Used in combination with DOP or other primary plasticizers to reduce the amount of plasticizer in the formulation
Viscosity Reducer: Reduces viscosity and maintains viscosity stability, improves coating processing, enhances the flow characteristics of plastisols, reduces ripples caused by high-shear coating, increases filler content in formulations to reduce costs, and accelerates the removal of bubbles from sols
Special-Purpose Plasticizer: Provides a drier and more aesthetically pleasing surface, improves printability and wipeability of products, offers better stain resistance, enhances surface abrasion resistance to reduce scratches, and improves foam resilience
III. Applications of TXIB: TXIB is widely used in various PVC paste resin products, including: PVC dipped gloves, toys, wallpaper, floor coverings, artificial leather, conveyor belts, etc. Additionally, TXIB can also be used in inks, pigments, and EVA emulsions.
