Diaphragm Microporous Aerator

Aerator dimensions: Type I D=215MM, Type II D=260MM. The average operating pore size of the aeration membrane is 80-100μm, with an air flow rate of 1.5-3m³/unit·h. Service area: Type I 0.25-0.5m²/unit, Type II 0.35-75m²/unit. Oxygen utilization rate (at 3.2m water depth) is 18.4%-27.7%, oxygenation capacity is 0.112-0.185KgO₂/m³·h, oxygenation power efficiency is 4.46-5.19KgO₂/KW·h, and aeration resistance is 2.75Kpa. The air pipe design should consider pressure balance, preferably connected in a ring network. Each group of air inlet branch pipes should be equipped with valves to facilitate air volume regulation. Design flow velocity for air pipes: main pipe 10-15m/s; branch pipe 5m/s. The installation height of the aeration pipe surface from the pool bottom is: Type I 250MM, Type II 270MM, and push-plate type 200MM.
