Our factory produces hexagonal honeycomb fillers in two forms: inclined tubes and straight tubes. Materials include polypropylene and fiberglass reinforced plastic.
Inclined tubes are primarily used for various sedimentation and sand removal purposes. Over the past decade, they have become one of the most widely adopted water treatment devices in water supply and drainage engineering. They offer broad applicability, high treatment efficiency, and small footprint advantages. Suitable for sand removal at water intakes, sedimentation in general industrial and domestic water supply, sewage sedimentation, oil separation, and tailings concentration treatment, they are effective for both new projects and the renovation of existing old pools, delivering excellent economic benefits.
Main Features:
1. Large wetted perimeter, small hydraulic radius.
2. Excellent laminar flow conditions, with particle sedimentation unaffected by turbulent interference.
3. When the inclined tube length is 1 meter, the effective load is designed at 3-5 tons/m²·h. With VO controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0 mm/s, optimal effluent quality is achieved.
4. When fiberglass reinforced plastic honeycomb inclined tubes are used at water intakes, with tube lengths of 2-3.0 meters, they can safely operate and treat high turbidity water containing 50-100 kg/m³ of silt and sand.
5. The treatment capacity of an inclined tube sedimentation tank is 3-5 times that of a horizontal flow sedimentation tank, and twice that of an accelerated clarifier or pulse clarifier.
