Additional Information
| Product Features ( Utility Model Patent for Aeration Hose Bracket: ZL 2008 2 0300465.9 ) ·1. This product is a flexible tubular aerator made from chemically enhanced modified plastic material; ·2. The entire circumference of the hose is perforated for aeration, producing medium and fine bubbles in water, with slow bubble rise speed, uniform air distribution, and high oxygen utilization rate; ·3. The hose expands during aeration and flattens under hydrostatic pressure when not in use, which helps prevent sludge backflow to some extent; ·4. The hose wall thickness is only 2mm, with short and straight air channels, resulting in low air pressure loss; ·5. The aeration pores are narrow elongated slits, with variable width within a certain range; ·6. The inner surface of the hose is smooth, making it resistant to biofilm attachment; ·7. No air filtration equipment is required; aeration can be stopped at any time, and the hose will not clog regardless of the duration of shutdown; ·8. Easy assembly with low flatness requirements for installation; the air supply pipe and aeration hose are integrated at the tank bottom, eliminating the need for additional piping equipment, and the cost is lower than other microporous aerators; ·9. Good resistance to acids and alkalis; ·10. Can be coiled for packaging, compact size, convenient for packaging and transportation. >Design Reference ·1. Recommended technical parameter values for design: aeration capacity 5m³/m·h, oxygen utilization rate 12%; ·2. The hose should typically be installed 200-300mm above the tank bottom, with a spacing of 500mm between hoses, adjustable based on water quality, removal load, and oxygen demand; ·3. Within a certain range, multiple aeration hoses (generally no more than 10) can be connected to the same air distribution pipe as a group, controlled by one valve. To ensure uniform air supply to all hoses in the group, consider appropriately enlarging the diameter of the air distribution pipe; ·4. When using aeration hoses in activated sludge processes, especially in Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) systems, it is recommended to include sludge discharge measures in the design to allow for sludge removal from the pipes when necessary. >Product Specifications
>Packaging Standard ·1. Carton packaging; ·2. Packaging dimensions: 800×480×120mm; 3. Unit weight: 30kg per package, 50m per package.>Installation Procedure ·1. Review installation construction drawings; ·2. Verify that the on-site tank dimensions match the construction drawings; ·3. Based on site conditions and drawings, first position the main air supply pipe; ·4. Mark the installation lines for the aeration hoses; ·5. Drill holes along the lines: specification Æ12×40mm, spacing 500mm, insert galvanized expansion plugs, ensure uniform height, drive in the expansion cores to secure the plugs; ·6. Insert stainless steel threaded rods into the galvanized expansion plugs, screw in fully and tighten; ·7. Adjust the opening direction of the plastic rings on the aeration hose brackets to align with the length of the hose, then tighten the nuts at the bottom of the plastic rings; ·8. Open the upper half of the plastic rings; ·9. Connect one end of the aeration hose to the fitting, secure with two hose clamps. Then, pull the hose from above the bracket toward the other end of the fitting, tighten, and secure with two hose clamps at the connection. (If air supply is from one end only, connect a DN50 ABS pipe with a blind cap at the hose end and secure it.) ·10. Close the upper half of the plastic rings and tighten; the aeration hose installation is complete. Other hoses are installed similarly. ·11. Precautions: o (1). Do not drill expansion bolt holes too deep; 40mm is optimal. Strictly prevent dust ingress, as it may affect stainless steel rod installation; o (2). Avoid twisting the aeration hose; ensure it is laid flat and straight; o (3). When tightening plastic rings, ensure they are properly aligned to avoid misalignment, which may create sharp edges and cause wear on the hose; (4). It is recommended to install a sludge discharge and drain pipe at the main air supply pipe, along with a drain valve, to ensure long-term reliable and stable operation of the aeration system. | |||||||||||||||||||
