| | Introduction: Dissolved air flotation (DAF) is a mature water treatment technology. The system consists of components such as a pressure dissolution tank, scum scraper, and release device. Its working process involves introducing a large number of fine bubbles from pressurized dissolved air water into the water to be treated. By utilizing the buoyancy of bubbles adhering to solid impurities, it achieves rapid solid-liquid separation and enhances the concentration of floating scum. The dissolved air release device is a key component in the pressurized dissolved air flotation water purification system, directly affecting the efficiency of water purification and energy consumption. The new-generation TV-type dissolved air release device improves the uniformity of water distribution, increases the probability of micro-bubbles colliding and adhering to impurities in the water to be treated, thereby further enhancing the water purification effect. The dissolved air release device is a critical component of the pressurized dissolved air flotation water purification system. Only when pressurized dissolved air water passes through this device and undergoes pressure reduction and energy dissipation can it generate a large number of fine bubbles in the water. It features stable performance, long service life, and low cost. Structure: TJ-type dissolved air release device: Orifice - single chamber - disc - reed - octagonal nozzle. TV-type dissolved air release device: Orifice - single chamber - upper and lower large parallel disc gaps. Features: Automatically avoids clogging, easy to operate, reduces labor intensity, and overcomes the issues caused by other types of release devices that are prone to clogging, leading to equipment shutdown and the need for emptying and cleaning. The flotation efficiency is more than doubled. The released dissolved air water has a retention time of more than 5 minutes, ensuring optimal solid-liquid separation. The released dissolved air water diffuses both downward and outward, increasing the contact area with the water. (1) Operates effectively at a pressure of 2 kg/cm²; (2) The average diameter of released bubbles is only 20–30 microns; (3) The air release rate is as high as 99% or more. Material: The TJ-type dissolved air release device is made of anti-corrosive carbon steel. The TV-type dissolved air release device is available in stainless steel and copper versions. | | Performance Parameter Table: | Model | mm | Flow Rate (m³/h) | Working Diameter mm | 0.15MP | 0.2MP | 0.25MP | 0.3MP | 0.35MP | 0.4MP | 0.45MP | 0.5MP | TJ-1 | 25 | 0.98 | 1.08 | 1.18 | 1.28 | 1.38 | 1.47 | 1.57 | 1.67 | 500 | TJ-2.5 | 25 | 2.10 | 2.37 | 2.59 | 2.81 | 2.97 | 3.14 | 3.29 | 3.45 | 700 | TJ-5 | 50 | 4.03 | 4.61 | 5.15 | 5.60 | 5.98 | 6.31 | 6.74 | 7.01 | 900 | TJ-8 | 65 | 5.67 | 6.27 | 6.88 | 7.50 | 8.09 | 8.69 | 9.29 | 9.89 | 1000 | TJ-10 | 65 | 7.41 | 8.70 | 9.47 | 10.55 | 11.11 | 11.75 | - | - | 1100 | TV-1 | 25 | 0.95 | 1.04 | 1.13 | 1.22 | 1.31 | 1.4 | 1.48 | 1.51 | 400 | TV-2 | 25 | 2.00 | 2.16 | 2.32 | 2.48 | 2.64 | 2.8 | 2.96 | 3.18 | 600 | TV-3 | 40 | 4.08 | 4.45 | 4.81 | 5.18 | 5.54 | 5.91 | 6.18 | 6.64 | 800 |
