Suspended moving filler has been recognized by domestic and international environmental experts as a high-efficiency, energy-saving biological carrier. Compared to fixed biofilms, moving biofilms represent quantitative and qualitative advancements in the gas-liquid-film mass transfer mechanism. Suspended moving membrane carriers are undoubtedly the future direction in the field of environmental water treatment. In 1998, our company undertook the task of drafting the national technical certification standards for "Fixed Fillers" and "Suspended Fillers" assigned by the State Environmental Protection Administration. Suspended moving filler must both suspend and move; achieving fluidization state during water movement is crucial. The specific gravity of the filler (which varies with different water qualities and oxygen demands) and the structure of the filler (equipped with deflectors that roll with aeration) are both critical. Our company has mastered this technology and designed various suspended fillers for different wastewaters, concentrations, and processes.

Fluidized Bed Filler (Suspended Biological Filler)

In the aerobic biological fluidized bed process, three-dimensional hollow filler is used as the aerobic biological carrier. The filler has a hollow structure and remains suspended in water during normal operation. Anaerobic bacteria grow inside the filler, enabling denitrification for nitrogen removal, while aerobic bacteria grow externally to remove organic matter. The entire treatment process simultaneously involves nitrification and denitrification.
Features:
1. Made of high-quality copolymer material, it does not degrade after long-term immersion in wastewater and is non-toxic to microorganisms, superior to materials like polyvinyl chloride.
2. Unique structure: the hollow filler consists of three concentric hollow circles internally and externally, with one rib inside each circle and 36 ribs externally. Developed through extensive research and formed in one piece.
3. High specific surface area: ordinary microbial carriers have a specific surface area of 90-180, while the hollow filler achieves up to 600, with a double specific surface area exceeding 860. This high specific surface area supports high biomass per unit volume, allowing for shorter hydraulic retention times.
4. High microbial activity: the biofilm on the filler surface, due to fluidized collisions and aeration冲刷, keeps microorganisms in the highly active logarithmic growth phase, ensuring high treatment efficiency.
5. The hollow filler is floating type, easy to replace, and has a long service life.
6. Strong capability for nitrogen removal and organic matter decomposition, achieving effective ammonia nitrogen removal.
