Our factory produces hexagonal honeycomb fillers in two forms: inclined tubes and straight tubes. The materials include polypropylene and fiberglass. Inclined tubes are mainly used for various sedimentation and sand removal purposes. Over the past decade, they have become the most widely used water treatment device in water supply and drainage engineering. They offer a wide range of applications, high treatment efficiency, and small footprint advantages. They are suitable for sand removal at water inlets, sedimentation in general industrial and domestic water supply, sewage sedimentation, oil separation, and tailings concentration treatment. They are applicable for both new projects and the renovation of existing old pools, delivering excellent economic benefits. Main Features:
1. Large wetted perimeter, small hydraulic radius. 2. Excellent laminar flow conditions, with particle sedimentation undisturbed by turbulent flow. 3. When the inclined tube length is 1 meter, the effective load is designed at 3-5 tons/m²·h. The VO is controlled within the range of 2.5-3.0 mm/s for optimal water quality. 4. The treatment capacity of an inclined tube sedimentation tank is 3-5 times that of a horizontal flow sedimentation tank, and twice that of an accelerated clarifier and a pulse clarifier. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Ф60 | 0.55 | 33 | 22 | 45 | 76 | | | 0.60 | 33 | 24 | 42 | 76 | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | |
