Suspended mobile packing has been widely recognized by environmental protection experts both domestically and internationally as a high-efficiency and energy-saving biological carrier. Compared to fixed biofilms, mobile biofilms represent a quantitative and qualitative advancement in the gas-liquid-membrane three-phase mass transfer mechanism. Suspended mobile membrane carriers are undoubtedly the future direction in the field of environmental water treatment. In 1998, our company undertook the task of drafting the national technical certification standards for "Fixed Packing" and "Suspended Packing" assigned by the State Environmental Protection Administration. Suspended mobile packing must both suspend and move; achieving a fluidized state during water movement is crucial. The specific gravity of the packing (which varies with different water qualities and oxygen demands) and the structure of the packing (equipped with deflectors to roll with aeration) are both critical factors. Our company has mastered this technology and designed various suspended packings for different types of wastewater, concentrations, and processes.

Fluidized Bed Packing (Suspended Biological Packing)

In the aerobic biological fluidized bed process, three-dimensional hollow packing is used as the aerobic biological carrier. The packing has a hollow structure and remains suspended in water during normal operation. Anaerobic bacteria grow inside the packing, enabling denitrification for nitrogen removal, while aerobic bacteria grow on the outside to remove organic matter. The entire treatment process involves simultaneous nitrification and denitrification.
Features:
1. Made of high-quality copolymer material, it does not degrade after long-term immersion in wastewater and is non-toxic to microorganisms, outperforming materials like polyvinyl chloride.
2. Unique structure: the hollow packing consists of three concentric hollow circles internally and externally, with one rib inside each circle and 36 ribs on the outside. Developed through extensive research, it is manufactured in a single molding process.
3. High specific surface area: while ordinary microbial carriers have a specific surface area of 90-180, the hollow packing achieves up to 600, with a dual specific surface area exceeding 860. This high surface area supports a high biomass per unit volume, allowing for shorter hydraulic retention times.
4. High microbial activity: The microbial biofilm on the packing surface remains highly active due to fluidized collisions and aeration scouring, keeping microorganisms in the logarithmic growth phase and ensuring high treatment efficiency.
5. The hollow packing is buoyant, easy to replace, and has a long service life.
6. Strong capability for denitrification and organic matter decomposition, effectively removing ammonia nitrogen.
