Instrument Introduction:

The AL-ID24 Intelligent Microwave Digestion System provides a fast and automated solution for sample preparation, accelerating the digestion reaction rate under high-pressure conditions. It is widely used in food testing, environmental protection, disease control, quality supervision, commodity inspection, scientific research institutions, universities, and other units.

Features:

The instrument adopts non-pulsed continuous automatic frequency conversion microwave control, extending the equipment's service life and ensuring electromagnetic wave uniformity. The cavity is specially made of 52L large-capacity 316L stainless steel. The self-locking buffered explosion-proof door ensures operator safety and structural integrity in case of abnormal reactions, with tight sealing between the door and cavity. Microwave leakage complies with national standards. The system uses dual temperature and pressure control to monitor and display real-time data. 360° unidirectional continuous rotation ensures uniform microwave exposure for all samples, improving result consistency. Heating automatically stops when the pressure exceeds the set safety value. The rupture diaphragm provides dual protection: when pressure exceeds the diaphragm’s tolerance, it ruptures first to release gas, preventing vessel damage and ensuring operator safety.

11. 100ml microwave digestion vessels: outer vessel made of imported PEEK glass-fiber composite aerospace material; inner vessel made of TFM.

*12. Main vessel connected to temperature and pressure sensors; auxiliary vessel uses ceramic plugs for rupture disc sealing. Ceramic plugs remain stable under high temperature.

13. High-throughput digestion: up to 24 samples processed simultaneously, or 1-24 samples individually.

14. Automatic protection: cuts off microwave emission and alarms if temperature or pressure control fails.

*15. Self-locking buffered explosion-proof door ensures operator and equipment safety during abnormal reactions.

*16. Built-in air cooling system continuously cools reaction vessels, with real-time temperature and pressure display.

17. High-power exhaust system allows prolonged reactions in a ventilated and observable environment. Acid-resistant, high-airflow centrifugal fan with exhaust volume ≥5m³/min.
