The AL-SMMF01 Intelligent Compact Microwave Muffle Furnace is a product designed based on our company's control technology and tailored to meet the needs of university faculty and students. It is primarily used for low to medium temperature solid-state reactions. Key features of the AL-SMMF01 include precise temperature control, a 7-inch display screen, touch control, user-friendly operation, and data storage capabilities. Equipped with powerful digital processing functions, it enables real-time online display and recording of reaction data and curve graphs. The furnace supports programmable reaction conditions, allowing experiments to be divided into multiple working stages. Unsuitable reaction parameters can be modified online at any time, and the system includes functions for saving and querying experimental records.

The AL-SMMF01 Intelligent Compact Microwave Muffle Furnace facilitates the generation of a wide range of composite oxides—such as oxygen-containing salts, binary or multicomponent ceramic compounds—through solid interface contact, reaction, nucleation, and crystal growth processes. It is suitable for applications in inorganic synthetic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, quarantine and epidemic prevention, analytical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, petrochemicals, materials science, and related fields.
