Instrument Introduction:

The AL-ID06 Intelligent Microwave Digestion System provides a rapid and automated solution for sample preparation, accelerating digestion reactions under high-pressure conditions. It is widely used in food testing, environmental protection, disease control, quality supervision, commodity inspection, research institutes, universities, and other units.

Features:

The instrument adopts microwave non-pulse continuous automatic frequency conversion control, extending the service life of the system and ensuring uniformity of electromagnetic waves. The chamber is made of 30L 316L stainless steel with a self-locking explosion-proof door. In case of abnormal reactions, the steel structure ensures operator safety and door integrity. The door and chamber fit tightly, with microwave leakage complying with national standards. The system uses dual temperature and pressure control to monitor and display conditions in real-time. 360° continuous rotation ensures uniform microwave exposure for all samples, improving consistency of experimental results. Heating automatically stops when the pressure exceeds the set safety value. The explosion-proof membrane provides dual protection: if pressure exceeds its tolerance, the membrane ruptures first to release gas, preventing damage to the vessel and ensuring operator safety.

12. 100 ml microwave digestion vessel; outer vessel made of imported PEEK glass-fiber composite aerospace material; inner vessel made of TFM material;

*13. Main vessel connected to temperature and pressure sensors; auxiliary vessel uses dual-vent pressure release screws with explosion-proof membrane. Ceramic material remains stable under high temperature.

14. High-throughput sample digestion: up to 6 samples processed simultaneously, or 1–6 samples individually.

15. Self-locking explosion-proof door; in case of abnormal reaction, steel structure ensures operator safety and door integrity;

*16. Chamber equipped with high-power exhaust system for continuous cooling. Acid-resistant, high-airflow centrifugal fan with exhaust volume ≥5 m³/min;
