Instrument Introduction:

The AL-ISMA01 Intelligent Compact Microwave Atmosphere Reaction System is a product designed based on our company's control technology and tailored to meet the needs of university faculty and students. It is primarily used for low to medium temperature solid-state reactions. Key features of the AL-ISMA01 include accurate temperature control, a 7-inch display screen, touch control, simple and convenient operation, and data storage capabilities. Equipped with powerful digital processing functions, it enables real-time online display and recording of reaction data and curve graphs. The system allows programmed control of reaction conditions, dividing experiments into multiple working stages, and permits online modification of unsuitable reaction parameters at any time. It also features the ability to save and query experimental records.

The AL-ISMA01 Intelligent Compact Microwave Atmosphere Reaction System facilitates the generation of a wide range of composite oxides, such as oxygen-containing acid salts, binary or multicomponent ceramic compounds, through contact, reaction, nucleation, and crystal growth at solid interfaces. It is applicable in fields including inorganic synthetic chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, quarantine and epidemic prevention, analytical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, petrochemicals, materials science, and related areas.
