Instrument Introduction:

The AL-MTF2012 Microwave Tube Furnace is a sophisticated microwave high-temperature sintering equipment developed by our company, integrating the furnace body and electrical control into a single cabinet. It is widely suitable for high-temperature synthesis, sintering, ashing, melting, and heat treatment of various inorganic materials in an air atmosphere. This furnace is particularly ideal for experimental research and development of new materials, enabling performance enhancement, rapid processing, and small-batch product firing.

The AL-MTF2012 Microwave Tube Furnace offers convenient, clean, fast, reliable, and uniform heating, significantly improving product consistency and yield. It features a reliable fully microwave-shielded cavity design, equipped with a continuously adjustable, high-stability, long-life dedicated industrial microwave source. The system includes a user-friendly operation control system, with an aesthetically pleasing, compact, and small structure for easy use and maintenance.

It is suitable for inorganic powder synthesis; sintering of oxide ceramics and refractory materials such as alumina, zirconia, magnesium oxide, and other oxide composites; sintering of magnetic materials like Ni-Zn ferrite and gyromagnetic ferrite; ashing, incineration, and burn-off experiments. Operating environment: Requires a stable power supply of AC 220V±10V, 50Hz (domestic voltage). Ambient conditions: Temperature: 5～40°C, Humidity: 5～85%.

Instrument Parameters:

*1. Microwave frequency: 2450MHz; equipped with a magnetron protector, ensuring 10,000 hours of magnetron operation with easy replacement and installation.

2. Power: 0-2000W, freely adjustable. Microwave power is automatically frequency-controlled with temperature, providing non-pulsed continuous heating.

*3. Upper power limit can be set arbitrarily, with a lower power limit function to ensure continuous power output.

*4. Three temperature control modes: heating to the set temperature at the upper power limit followed by insulation mode; rate heating mode for gradual temperature increase over a set time from the initial temperature; and heating slope mode setting the temperature rise per minute.

5. Temperature measurement and control range: 0～1200°C; maximum working temperature: 1200°C.

6. Heating rate: ≤1000°C/minute.

*7. Uses contact-type thermocouple temperature sensors (optional infrared temperature sensor). Temperature measurement accuracy: ≤±0.5°C; temperature control accuracy: ≤±1°C.
