Instrument Introduction:

The AL-HS06 Intelligent Microwave Hydrothermal Synthesis System provides a fast and automated solution for samples, accelerating the synthesis reaction rate under high-pressure conditions. It is suitable for the synthesis of nanomaterials, inorganic materials, and high-temperature pressure-resistant systems, widely used in research institutions, universities, and other units.

Features:

The instrument adopts microwave non-pulse continuous automatic frequency conversion control, extending the service life of the equipment and ensuring the uniformity of electromagnetic waves. The chamber is specially made of 30L large-capacity 316L stainless steel material. The self-locking buffering explosion-proof furnace door ensures the safety of the operator and the integrity of the furnace door structure in case of abnormal reactions. The door and chamber are tightly sealed, with microwave leakage complying with national standards. The instrument uses a dual temperature and pressure control system to monitor and display the pressure and temperature of synthesis experiments in real time. 360° continuous rotation ensures uniform microwave distribution, guaranteeing consistent microwave conditions for all samples and improving the reproducibility of experimental results. When the pressure inside the vessel exceeds the set protection value, the microwave heating automatically stops. The explosion-proof membrane provides dual safety: if the pressure exceeds the membrane's capacity, it ruptures first to release gas, preventing damage to the vessel and ensuring operator safety.

11. 30L large-capacity 316L stainless steel chamber, with internal and external 6-layer corrosion-resistant PFA Teflon coating. Resistant to corrosion and high temperatures.

12. 100ml microwave synthesis vessel, with outer vessel made of imported PEEK aerospace material and inner vessel made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).

*13. Main vessel connected to temperature and pressure sensors; auxiliary vessel uses dual-vent pressure release screws with explosion-proof membrane. Ceramic material remains deformation-free at high temperatures.

14. High-throughput sample synthesis, capable of synthesizing up to 6 samples simultaneously or individually (1-6 samples).

18. Furnace chamber equipped with a high-power exhaust system for continuous cooling of reaction vessels. Exhaust volume not less than 5m³/min.

*19. Utilizes AI artificial intelligence logic algorithms for accurate control of complex, long-lag objects, ensuring precise temperature control and preventing overheating or undercooling.

20. Equipped with a 6-position magnetic stirring system, each position rotating continuously with the corresponding reaction vessel. Adjustable speed: 0~1000 rpm.
