It utilizes a distributed multi-level single-mode resonant cavity, providing extremely uniform microwave distribution, which prevents local overheating of experimental samples and ensures data accuracy. The microwave energy locking technology features an energy locking ring with a height of only 5 cm and a maximum diameter of 42 mm, enabling any open-container experiments.
