The AL-VSMF1010 vertical single-mode microwave flow reactor is a product designed based on our company's control technology and tailored to the needs of university faculty and students. Its main features include a dual-cavity system—comprising a single-mode TM110 cavity and a multi-mode cavity—which can be used selectively. It is equipped with a 7-inch control panel for accurate temperature control, simple and convenient operation, and real-time data and curve storage.
The AL-VSMF1010 vertical single-mode microwave flow reactor offers powerful digital processing and control capabilities, including rate-based temperature rise control. Experiments can be divided into multiple working stages, and parameters unsuitable for reaction conditions can be modified online at any time. With a 10L cavity, users can freely design various custom reaction vessels for microwave flow catalytic reactions.
The AL-VSMF1010 vertical single-mode microwave flow reactor facilitates the catalysis of large volumes of solvents, enabling continuous microwave catalytic processing of unlimited solvent volumes. To achieve uninterrupted continuous operation, our company employs wave-absorbing loads, industrial-grade microwave magnetrons, and industrial-grade frequency conversion technology, allowing for 24-hour continuous operation. Reaction solutions are pumped into quartz glass or PTFE tubes inside the instrument via an external peristaltic pump or other pressurizing equipment. The solution is continuously subjected to microwave catalysis within the instrument and exits once the set requirements are met. This enables not only large-scale processing of target products but also continuous cyclic catalytic reactions. It can also be connected to a liquid chromatograph for online monitoring during reactions.

The AL-VSMF1010 vertical single-mode microwave flow reactor can catalyze various types of organic, pharmaceutical, and biochemical reactions such as addition, substitution, esterification, hydrolysis, alkylation (acylation), polymerization, condensation, cyclization, and oxidation, as well as physical processes like solvent extraction of food, natural products, and minerals. It is suitable for organic synthesis chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, food science, quarantine and epidemic prevention, molecular biology, analytical chemistry, inorganic chemistry, petrochemicals, materials science, biomedical science, and other related fields.
