Instrument Introduction:

The AL-HST06 Intelligent Microwave Solvothermal Synthesis System provides a rapid and automated solution for samples, accelerating the speed of sample synthesis reactions under high-pressure conditions. It employs continuous rolling rotation to ensure thorough mixing of organic reaction solvents, achieving uniform reaction outcomes. It is suitable for the synthesis of nanomaterials, inorganic materials, and high-temperature pressure-resistant systems, widely used in research institutes, universities, and other institutions.

Features:

The instrument utilizes microwave non-pulse continuous automatic frequency conversion control, extending the instrument's service life and ensuring uniformity of electromagnetic waves. The cavity is specially made from 30L large-capacity 316L stainless steel material. The self-locking buffering explosion-proof furnace door ensures operator safety and structural integrity in case of abnormal reactions, with tight integration between the door and cavity. Microwave leakage complies with national standards. The instrument employs dual temperature and pressure control systems to monitor and display synthesis experiment parameters in real-time. 360° continuous rolling rotation ensures uniform microwave distribution, guaranteeing consistent microwave conditions for all samples and improving experimental result reproducibility. Heating automatically stops when the pressure exceeds the set safety value. The explosion-proof membrane provides dual safety: if the pressure exceeds its capacity, the membrane ruptures first to release gas, preventing damage to the container and ensuring operator safety.
