Three-phase AC input is first subjected to lightning protection and EMI filtering. This circuit can effectively absorb lightning residual voltage and grid spikes, ensuring the safety of the subsequent module circuits.

Three-phase AC is converted to high-voltage DC after rectification and passive PFC, then converted to high-frequency AC via a full-bridge PWM circuit, and finally output after isolation and step-down by a high-frequency transformer and high-frequency rectification.

The module control section is responsible for generating and controlling PWM signals, stabilizing the output, protecting various parts of the module, and providing a "four-remote" interface.

The module monitoring system completes parameter settings, detection and display of working parameters and status, calibration of working parameters, communication between the module and the main monitor, and realizes the four-remote functions.

The module adopts passive PFC technology, with a power factor of over 0.9; it uses high-frequency soft-switching technology, greatly improving conversion efficiency, reaching 94% at full load output.

Current sharing control enables autonomous current sharing during parallel operation of modules, ensuring equal load sharing when modules work in parallel.

The module monitoring uses microcontroller control to collect output voltage and current; control power on/off, float/equalize charging, output voltage, and output current limiting; perform module parameter settings and calibration; and realize "four-remote" functions via the RS485 communication port.

Both the module and monitoring system can implement intelligent battery charging management with comprehensive "four-remote" functions.

Charging module N+1 redundant hot backup, high-precision dynamic current sharing, capable of autonomous, master, or slave operation, forming a "three-level monitoring" redundant structure with the monitoring system; all components are highly reliable, with 96-hour high-temperature aging before leaving the factory. Tested by the Electric Power Research Institute, it has strong resistance to high-frequency interference and lightning strikes.

3. Easy operation and use

Modules support intelligent hot-swapping; no specific sequence is required for AC/DC input/output and bus switch power on/off; the monitoring system uses a distributed design with hot-swappable components, facilitating installation, testing, and replacement.

4. Comprehensive display and alarm functions

Large-screen LCD Chinese character display, user-friendly and rich interface, with audible and visual alarms for any fault and storage of alarm information.

5. High efficiency and power factor

Power efficiency over 90%; active power factor correction technology, power factor greater than 0.99, no grid harmonic pollution.
