1、The difference between the scattered flow aerator oxygenation and the Jinshan L-type lies in the secondary cutting and dispersion of the airflow, thereby expanding the gas distribution range. This alters the flow pattern within the tank. Unlike the fixed spiral type, the device height is significantly reduced, the gas distribution range is large, and the mixing effect at the bottom of the tank is substantial, thus it possesses better oxygenation performance.
2、The dispersion hood with serrations is designed in an inverted umbrella shape, with 12 aeration holes at the center of the umbrella to supplement air and evenly distribute it across the entire dispersion hood, reducing energy consumption and evenly mixing water and gas, thereby lowering the installation level requirements for the disperser. The dispersion hood has a diameter D=600 mm, with 60 downwardly inclined serrations around the perimeter to further cut the bubbles.
I. Structure
1·Serrated gas distribution head, similar in structure to the Jinshan L-type. Its function is to cut and disperse air, with a diameter D=00 mm, height H=120 mm, and 18 serrations.
II. Oxygenation Principle
As seen from the above, the main factors affecting the oxygen transfer rate are: turbulence in the aerated water body, gas mixing, bubble diameter, air volume, and the partial pressure of oxygen in the liquid phase, etc.
0600 type scattered flow aerator oxygenation mainly relies on the following functions:
1、Intense mixing effect of the liquid
Gas is transported through pipes to the aerator, passes through the Ф25 inner hole via the serrated gas distribution head for the first water-gas cutting. After being cut twice by the dispersion hood and the surrounding serrations, it drives the surrounding static water upward, causing intense mixing of gas and liquid due to the energy difference. Additionally, since the aerators are distributed at the bottom of the tank, the rising bubbles and descending water flow create countercurrents, further enhancing gas-liquid mixing and accelerating the renewal of the water film at the gas-liquid interface.
2、Bubble cutting effect
After two cuttings and gas-liquid mixing, the bubble diameter decreases, increasing the gas-liquid contact area and facilitating oxygen transfer.
3、Diffusion effect of the dispersion hood
The dispersion hood diffuses the concentrated gas stream into a cylindrical shape, changing the gas distribution state at the bottom of the tank, increasing the gas distribution area, and intensifying bubble diffusion and gas-liquid mixing at the bottom, which is more conducive to aeration oxygenation.
