1、The difference between the dispersed flow aerator oxygenation and the Jinshan L-type lies in the secondary cutting and dispersion of airflow, thereby expanding the gas distribution range. This alters the flow pattern within the pool. Unlike the fixed spiral type, the device height is significantly reduced, the gas distribution range is larger, and the mixing effect at the bottom of the pool is greater, resulting in better oxygenation performance.
2、The dispersed flow cover with serrations is designed in an inverted umbrella shape, with 12 aeration holes at the center of the umbrella to supplement air and evenly distribute it across the entire cover, reducing energy consumption and ensuring uniform mixing of water and air. This also reduces the installation level requirements for the aerator. The diameter of the dispersed flow cover is D=600 mm, with 60 downwardly inclined serrations around the perimeter to further cut the bubbles.
I. Structure
1·The serrated gas distribution head is structurally similar to the Jinshan L-type. Its function is to cut and disperse air, with a diameter of D=00 mm, a height of H=120 mm, and 18 serrations.
II. Oxygenation Principle
As mentioned above, the main factors affecting the oxygen transfer rate are: turbulence in the aerated water body, gas mixing, bubble diameter, air volume, and the partial pressure of oxygen in the liquid phase, etc.
0600-type dispersed flow aerator oxygenation mainly relies on the following functions:
1、Intense mixing of the liquid
Gas is transported through pipes to the aerator, passes through the Ф25 inner hole via the serrated gas distribution head for the first water-gas cutting. After two cuts by the dispersed flow cover and the surrounding serrations, it drives the surrounding static water upward, causing intense gas-liquid mixing due to the energy difference. Additionally, since the aerators are distributed at the bottom of the pool, the rising bubbles and descending water flow create convection, further enhancing gas-liquid mixing and accelerating the renewal of the water film at the gas-liquid interface.
2、Bubble cutting effect
After two cuts and gas-liquid mixing, the bubble diameter decreases, increasing the gas-liquid contact area and facilitating oxygen transfer.
3、Diffusion effect of the dispersed flow cover
The dispersed flow cover diffuses the concentrated gas stream into a cylindrical shape, changing the gas distribution state at the bottom of the pool, increasing the gas distribution area, and intensifying the diffusion of bubbles at the bottom and the gas-liquid mixing, which is more conducive to aeration and oxygenation.
