18j6213 Ventilation Skylight for Factory Workshop Roof Ridge
Other Products
Traditional architectural structures such as skylight roofs and glass houses often include operable skylights (commonly known as "dormer windows"), which provide functions like sunshading, thermal insulation, and sound insulation. However, their drawbacks include: ineffective noise isolation, inability to regulate indoor air humidity, and lack of control over the amount and direction of sunlight entering the room...
Slope-adaptive ventilation skylights are suitable for factory buildings where indoor heat and smoke are minimal, and the structure is relatively small or consists of multiple spans. Depending on actual needs, ridge-type and slope-adaptive ventilation skylights can also be used interchangeably.
After ventilation skylight materials are hoisted onto the roof, to prevent the roof panels and beams from collapsing or deforming, the materials should be distributed promptly. First, move the main frame of the skylight to its base, placing one main frame every three meters. Skylight tie rods, rain shields, flashing plates, ridge tiles, water collection troughs, downpipes, and raft slabs should be distributed and arranged according to specified intervals. During windy weather, securing measures should be taken to prevent materials from being blown off and causing injuries.
Working principle of ventilation and lighting skylights: Utilizing the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the workshop, airflow is generated to achieve ventilation. When the openable air structure requires thermal insulation, the ventilation and lighting skylight can assist by closing the valve plate to block outward airflow, maintaining an optimal temperature effect.
