The YD-8015B Multi-Function Radiation Detector is designed in accordance with ionizing radiation protection requirements for nuclear medicine, molecular biology laboratories, nuclear material transportation, and other scenarios involving αβ surface contamination and X, γ radiation. It is a highly sensitive, intelligent, and portable instrument.

It combines the functions of both a surface contamination monitor and an X, γ dose rate meter. It can be used to measure surface contamination caused by α and β radioactive materials, as well as X and γ radiation dose rates. The display can be switched between α and β/γ measurements. Operation is performed via buttons on the handle, and the measurement units (count rate/m/Bq/cm²) can be converted.
