2. Dual-Head Filling Machine

Can be categorized by application: dual-head small packaging filling machine, dual-head medium packaging filling machine, and dual-head medium and small packaging filling machine.

Dual-Head Small Packaging Filling Machine is suitable for quantitative filling of liquids from 100ml—5000ml (below 5L). Depending on the filling volume requirements, a DN15 or DN20 flow transmitter is generally selected; the filling nozzle can be internal or external sealing type.

Dual-Head Medium Packaging Filling Machine is suitable for quantitative filling of liquids from 10L-20L (above 5L). A DN25 flow transmitter is used; the filling nozzle can be internal or external sealing type.

Dual-Head Medium and Small Packaging Filling Machine is suitable for quantitative filling of liquids from 1.8L—20L. A DN20 flow transmitter is used; the filling nozzle can be internal or external sealing type.
