Catalytic Combustion Equipment

I. Process Principle:

Catalytic combustion involves heating exhaust gases to their decomposition temperature, where they undergo flameless combustion with the aid of a catalyst, producing carbon dioxide and water while releasing a significant amount of heat.

II. Components:

Catalytic chamber, electric heating box, heat exchanger, fan, electrical control cabinet.

III. Main Features:

1)      Low ignition temperature, energy-saving;

2)      Wide application range—capable of treating almost all hydrocarbon-based organic exhaust gases and odorous gases, particularly effective for low-concentration, multi-component, and non-recoverable exhaust gases in industries such as mechanical coating, organic chemical, and insulating materials;

3)      High treatment efficiency, no secondary pollution.
