Product Performance:

This product is a light yellow powder, serving as a filtration reducer for drilling fluids; it contains groups such as -COOH, -COONH4, -CONH2,-CN, with a molecular weight ranging between 10,000 and 50,000. It features the special function of reducing high-pressure differential fluid loss and excellent thermal stability,improves the rheology of drilling fluids, inhibits clay hydration and dispersion, and possesses certain salt resistance;due to the embedding effect of NH4 in shale, it offers certain anti-collapse properties.

The product can be directly applied to various water-based drilling fluid systems as a filtration reducer and anti-collapse agent,also functioning as a viscosity reducer. It is compatible with multiple treatment agents, with a typical dosage of 0.5～1.5%.Application Range:

Packaging and Storage:

The product is packaged in plastic woven bags or paper-plastic composite bags (lined with polyethylene film bags), with a net weight of 25kg per bag.Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, avoid breakage and leakage, and do not transport or store with toxic or corrosive substances (shelf life: three years).
