Features and Applications

Stainless steel reaction vessels offer advantages such as fast heat transfer, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, cleanliness, no environmental pollution, and ease of use. They are widely used in pharmaceutical R&D, chemical materials, petroleum metallurgy, food processing, rubber dyes, and other production-oriented users and various scientific research experiments. They serve as reaction containers for processes including heating, refrigeration, distillation, decomposition, crystallization, synthesis, storage, hydrogenation, alkylation, concentration, extraction, and constant temperature maintenance.

The inner surface is mirror-polished to ensure no sanitary dead corners, and the fully enclosed design ensures materials remain sterile. The outer surface can be optionally sandblasted, spray-finished, left in its original color, or matte-treated. Heating options include steam, electric heating, or external circulation heat transfer oil. Cooling options include internal coils, external circulation ethanol, or cooling oil to meet process needs in various environments requiring acid and alkali resistance, high temperature tolerance, and wear resistance.
