70 Series Design Features
The 70 Series is designed similarly to a junction box, providing the simplest and most straightforward terminal board connection, cam adjustment, and switch installation to date. This significantly reduces the time required for field startup and adjustment, and allows for easy and safe maintenance work.
A. Protection
The low-profile waterproof actuator is certified toUL Type 4, 4x, and IP65. The die-cast aluminum bonnet and base, coated with polyester powder paint, offer excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance, and UV resistance.
B. High Visibility Position Indicator
Prominent markings and color coding, yellow for open and red for closed - the display indicates the valve position throughout the entire travel range. The O-ring sealed dome is made of transparent polycarbonate with high impact resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and UV resistance, capable of withstanding冲洗 from corrosive chemicals, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance.
C. Anti-Loss Cover Bolts
The cover is secured to the base with stainless steel anti-loss bolts located outside the sealing area.
D. O-Ring Provides Weather Protection
TheO-ring between the cover and base provides a weather seal to prevent internal corrosion.
E. Manual Override
Standard on all models. The clutch-type manual override prevents handwheel movement during motor operation. When manual operation is required, pull out the handwheel to reveal the yellow stripe around the handwheel shaft. This indicates that the handwheel is engaged and ready for manual operation.
F. Manual Override Switch
When operating the handwheel, the motor power should be cut off. The manual override operation is similar to a watch adjustment knob. To activate the manual override, simply pull the handwheel to its outermost position. The yellow stripe provides a visual indication that the manual override is enabled.
