The heating tubes are designed with low surface load, ensuring longer service life, far exceeding that of conventional heating tubes. Uses well-known domestic electrical components for more stable and reliable product operation; additionally, the electric heating tubes are connected via flanges, facilitating replacement, maintenance, and servicing;

The product is equipped with high-quality safety valves, liquid level electrodes, pressure controllers, and other safety accessories to ensure safe and reliable boiler operation; features a dual overpressure protection system including safety valves and pressure controllers to prevent accidents caused by excessive pressure. The boiler body has a built-in ultra-low water level protection device to avoid dry firing due to water shortage, preventing safety incidents; the device also includes multiple protection functions such as overcurrent, overload, leakage, sensor short circuit, and open circuit, further ensuring the safety and reliability of the equipment.

5. Short Steam Generation Time, Provides High-Quality Saturated Steam

Adopts a small furnace chamber design structure with low water capacity, enabling fast steam generation to meet users' need for steam in a short time; a large-capacity steam chamber located in the upper part of the boiler is equipped with a steam-water separator, ensuring the provision of high-quality steam at any time;

6. Whole Machine Delivery, Easy and Quick Installation

The product is delivered as a complete unit, having undergone rigorous debugging before leaving the factory. Users only need to connect the power and water sources, press the start button to enter operational status, without the need for complicated installation;
