Product Features
1. High purity, small particle size, uniform distribution, large specific surface area, high surface activity, high temperature resistance, low bulk density;
2. Excellent dispersibility, suspension stability, vibration liquefaction, good thixotropy, reinforcement, and thickening effects; improved hydrophilicity and lipophilicity after surface treatment;
3. Abundant unsaturated residual bonds and hydroxyl groups in various bonding states; high reactivity due to oxygen-deficient surface deviating from stable siloxane structure; low bulk density and easy dispersion;
4. High reflectivity to both ultraviolet and visible light: 70%~80% for short-wave UV (200~280nm), 80%~85% for mid-to-long-wave UV (280~400nm), over 85% for visible light (400~800nm), and over 70% for near-infrared (800~1350nm).
Potential Applications:
1. Rubber modification, sealant ceramic toughening, adhesive modification, functional fiber additives, plastic modification, anti-paint aging additives;
2. Ceramics, nano-ceramics, composite ceramic substrates;
3. Polymers: enhances thermal stability and anti-aging properties;
4. Flame retardant materials, coatings, high-grade grinding media, cosmetics, etc.;
5. Adding a small amount of nano-SiO2 to solution-polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber and chlorinated polyethylene improves toughness, strength, elongation, flex resistance, UV aging, and thermal aging resistance, matching or exceeding EPDM rubber;
6. Adding a small amount of nano-silica to traditional coatings improves suspension stability, thixotropy, anti-aging performance, and smoothness.
Perfectly Spherical Silica:
1. Light diffusion: excellent light diffusion when combined with PMMA, PS, PP, and other resins in light diffusion substrates or films;
2. Electronic adhesives, potting compounds;
3. Engineering plastics, films, transparent substrates, membrane fillers, hard coating fillers;
4. Special ceramics, electronic ceramics, ceramic membranes, dental materials;
5. Electronic inks: improves ink and pigment opacity, gloss, and film-forming properties;
6. High-end paints and coatings;
7. Polishing agents for polishing applications;
Packaging & Storage
1. Custom packaging upon customer request (<1kg; 50g~500g/bag or bottle);

3. Standard packaging (8kg/bag; 10kg/bag; 20kg/bag; 25kg/bag).
Default packaging: sealed transparent PE bag/aluminum foil bag, with outer carton/paper drum/iron drum. Store sealed in a dry, cool environment after receipt. Avoid prolonged exposure to air to prevent moisture-induced agglomeration, which may affect dispersion and performance.
