The main component of the product is high-purity alpha phase silicon nitride powder (alpha phase >93.0%). The powder has high purity, uniform particle size distribution, high and stable alpha phase content, and low iron content (<10ppm). It is currently mainly used on quartz crucibles for smelting monocrystalline and polycrystalline ingots, serving as a release agent, which allows the crucible to be reused multiple times, saving production costs for enterprises.

Packaging and Storage

This product is default packaged in inert gas anti-static bags in barrels or vacuum bags. For experimental quantities, inert gas bottle packaging is optional. Customers requiring inert gas bottle packaging should contact us. After receipt, it should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool environment. It should not be exposed to air for extended periods to prevent moisture-induced agglomeration, which may affect dispersion performance and usage effectiveness.
