Product Features
The product has uniform particles, high activity, and large specific surface area. After passivation treatment, the oxygen content can be controlled below <1%.
Potential Application Areas:
1. Widely used in high-specific-gravity alloys, alloy steels, drill bits, anvils, and other large products;
2. Highly active nano tungsten powder can be used as an additive for raw material powder of high-performance high-specific-gravity alloys (addition amount from 10% to 20%) and as a raw material additive for producing tungsten bars and tungsten wires. It can also serve as a tungsten powder raw material for high-performance alloys, significantly improving alloy properties while reducing sintering temperature and shortening sintering time, thereby saving production costs;
3. This nano tungsten powder can be used as a raw material for nano WC to produce nano-crystalline cemented carbide. Due to its special pore structure, it can be used as a tungsten powder raw material for the W-Mn method in ceramic metallization coatings.
Packaging and Storage
This product is default packaged in inert gas anti-static bags, drum-packed, or vacuum-sealed bags. For laboratory quantities, inert gas bottle packaging is available. Customers requiring inert gas bottle packaging should contact us. After receipt, it should be sealed and stored in a dry, cool environment. It should not be exposed to air for extended periods to prevent moisture-induced agglomeration, which may affect dispersion performance and usage effectiveness.
