Product Features
High product purity, small particle size, large specific surface area, high surface activity. The powder, treated with surface coating, has extremely low oxygen content (<0.1%), and exhibits very significant thermal insulation and thermal conductivity performance.
Application Fields
1. Manufacturing integrated circuit substrates, electronic devices, optical devices, heat sinks, high-temperature crucibles for preparing metal-based and polymer-based composite materials. Especially in high-temperature sealants and electronic packaging materials, it improves the heat dissipation performance and strength characteristics of materials, showing excellent application prospects, and can replace currently imported micron aluminum nitride;
2. Thermal conductive silicone and thermal conductive epoxy resin: Nano aluminum nitride is used to produce ultra-high thermal conductive silicone, which has good thermal conductivity, excellent electrical insulation, a wide range of electrical insulation and operating temperature (operating temperature 80-250°C), low viscosity, and good application performance. The product has reached or exceeded imported products, and can replace similar imported products, widely used as a heat transfer medium in electronic devices to improve work efficiency. For example, the gap between CPU and heat sink, high-power transistors, thyristors, diodes, and the fine gaps in contact with the substrate as a heat transfer medium. Nano thermal paste fills the gap between IC or transistor and heat sink, increasing the contact area between them to achieve better heat dissipation;
3. Nano lubricating oil and anti-wear agent: Modified nano aluminum nitride ceramic particles added to nano ceramic engine oil act on the friction metal surfaces inside the engine with the lubricating oil. Activated under high temperature and extreme pressure, they firmly embed into the metal surface indentations and micropores, repairing damaged surfaces and forming a nano ceramic protective film. Due to the isolation effect of this film, the friction generated by the relative movement of machine parts only acts on this protective film. Nano ceramic particles, like small balls, transform part of the friction between friction pairs from traditional sliding friction to rolling friction, greatly reducing friction, minimizing the friction between moving parts to almost zero, providing super anti-wear protection for the engine. By improving lubrication, the friction coefficient can be reduced by over 80%, anti-wear capacity increased by over 350%, wear reduced by over 80%, mechanical part life extended by more than 3 times, downtime reduced, maintenance costs lowered, overhaul period extended by more than double, energy saved by 10%-30%, and equipment output power increased by 20%-40%, with an addition amount of only 0.02% to 0.1%;
4. Application in high thermal conductive plastics: Modified nano aluminum nitride can significantly increase the thermal conductivity of plastics. Experimental products added at 1% to plastics can increase the thermal conductivity from the original 0.3 to 3, improving thermal conductivity by more than 10 times. Currently mainly used in PVC plastics, polyurethane plastics, PA plastics, functional plastics, etc.;
5. Other application fields: Nano aluminum nitride can be used in crucibles for smelting non-ferrous metals and semiconductor materials like gallium arsenide, evaporation boats, protective tubes for thermocouples, high-temperature insulating parts, microwave dielectric materials, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant structural ceramics, and transparent aluminum nitride microwave ceramic products.
