The company mainly produces and sells: bimetallic composite wear-resistant pipelines (elbows, straight pipes, special-shaped pipes), high-strength hardfacing wear-resistant pipelines, filling pipelines, wear-resistant liners, hardfacing wear-resistant grinding discs, and hardfacing wear-resistant grinding rollers.
A 202-acre production base has been built in Tongchuan, Shaanxi, and the various products produced are sold to power plants and major mines nationwide (such as Gansu Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd., Tongling Nonferrous Metals Holding Group Co., Ltd.; Anhui Zhonggang Group Co., Ltd.; various branches of China Aluminum Group).
Features of the wear-resistant pipelines produced (using the lost foam vacuum suction casting process): 1. Excellent comprehensive performance (resolving the conflict between weldability and wear resistance that is difficult to balance with single materials, ensuring safe and reliable material use; the service life of pulverized coal pipelines in power systems generally exceeds 80,000 hours)2. High wear resistance (the macro hardness of the wear-resistant layer is above HRC50)3. Strong corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance 4. Advanced and stable composite process (these wear-resistant pipes are manufactured using the lost foam vacuum suction casting composite process, avoiding issues like sand washing and sand inclusion common in traditional sand casting processes; due to casting under a vacuum system, defects such as pores are also eliminated.)5. Low operational resistance in pipeline systems and aesthetically pleasing appearance (elbows and various other special-shaped pipes can be fully composite. This changes the traditional method of making elbows and other special-shaped pipes with folded lines, does not alter the movement trajectory of materials in the elbows, results in lower resistance, and reduces energy consumption)6. High-strength hardfacing wear-resistant pipes use steel pipes as the base material, with a specialized CNC welding machine applying a professional hardfacing process to automatically weld a wear-resistant layer on the inner wall (working surface) of the pipe fittings. Their characteristics: 1. True metallurgical bonding—since the wear-resistant welding wire is uniformly welded onto the base steel pipe, effective metallurgical bonding is achieved, preventing separation or peeling of the inner liner and outer pipe; 2. High wear resistance and long service life—the volume fraction of Cr7C3 hard compounds exceeds 50%, providing higher wear resistance; 3. Good impact resistance; 4. Low operational resistance in pipelines; 5. Large single supply length, formed without welding; 6. Good thermal shock resistance; 7. Thin inner wall, lightweight, facilitating installation, transportation, and maintenance.
Our company has developed and produced bimetallic wear-resistant pipelines that resolve the conflict between toughness, weldability, thermal shock resistance, and wear resistance. We have invented several new processes for the integrated large-scale preparation of pipeline composite products, solved the problem of fully compositing special-shaped pipelines, addressed the challenge of metallurgical bonding in metal-metal composites, and resolved the lifespan design issues of pipe and cylinder flow components.
