1. Introduction to Air Heating Units
* This equipment is specifically developed by the company for industrial and mining enterprises as a heating and ventilation device. It features stable performance, long service life, and a high degree of automation.
* The product is available in two types: steam type and hot water type. The steam type uses steam as the heat source; the hot water type uses hot water as the heat source, with a water temperature not lower than 110°C.
* The product is equipped with a control system developed by the company. It automatically adjusts the outlet air temperature and air volume based on changes in ambient temperature, ensuring comfort and safety in the production environment while saving significant energy consumption.
2. Technical Advantages
* Due to excessively low mine temperatures in winter, freezing may occur, posing production safety risks. To address this issue, our company developed the air heating unit, which serves as mine ventilation and heating equipment. The air heating unit can control the ventilation temperature above 2°C, effectively preventing freezing and ensuring production safety.
* An air heating chamber is set up nearby. The air heating unit is installed in the air heating chamber. The intake of the air heating unit faces the intake window of the air heating chamber, and the outlet connects via a duct to deliver heated air. The automatic control system ensures the mixed temperature of heated air and natural intake remains between 2-2.5°C.

1. Stable performance, safe operation
* Due to the highly automated and integrated air heater equipment, the outlet air temperature remains constant, ensuring the ventilation temperature of the facility always stays within safe operating conditions. This avoids the issue of substandard ventilation temperatures often seen in conventional air heater designs caused by unstable heat media or performance degradation of heat transfer elements, thereby eliminating production safety hazards.
2. Automatic operation, enabling unmanned operation
* The air heating unit is equipped with an intelligent electric temperature control valve that strictly regulates the outlet air temperature by automatically adjusting steam flow. The computer control cabinet includes a fan frequency conversion adjustment device that automatically regulates the air output based on signals from mixed temperature sensors, ensuring the ventilation temperature always operates within the specified range.
3. Long service life, no overall performance degradation
* Conventional air heaters often experience performance degradation after several years of use due to oxidation of heat conduction elements or other reasons, leading to operational failures. Hot air furnaces also suffer from shorter lifespans over time due to oxidation and corrosion during idle periods. Although heat exchange elements in air heating units may also experience operational degradation, the automatic control system compensates by adjusting ventilation air volume, ensuring long-term safety of ventilation facilities. Additionally, air heating units are corrosion-resistant, resulting in a longer service life. With high-stability components, the service life of air heating units can exceed 10 years.
