Molybdenum disilicide bubbling tubes are primarily used in the glass industry. These tubes are installed in glass furnace tanks, where they introduce clean, professionally filtered compressed air into the molten glass. This process helps reduce the temperature difference between the upper and lower parts of the furnace tank. The fine bubbles help remove tiny air pockets and trace impurities from the glass melt, thereby improving the purity and quality of the glass. After years of improvement and innovation, Zhengzhou Yixin Kiln Co., Ltd.'s molybdenum disilicide products undergo surface physical treatment, which enhances their purity in glass furnace applications and minimizes secondary pollution.

Molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) is an intermediate phase in the Mo-Si binary alloy system with a high silicon content. It combines the characteristics of both metals and ceramics, making it an excellent high-temperature material. It exhibits superior high-temperature oxidation resistance, with an oxidation resistance temperature exceeding 1600°C, comparable to SiC. It has a moderate density (6.24 g/cm³), a relatively low thermal expansion coefficient (8.1×10⁻⁶ K⁻¹), and good electrical and thermal conductivity. Although molybdenum disilicide demonstrates high oxidation resistance and Young's modulus at temperatures above 1000°C, it becomes brittle at lower temperatures. Additionally, it loses creep resistance above 1200°C, limiting its use as a structural material. However, it can be combined with other materials to form composites that enhance mobility. Molybdenum disilicide and related materials are typically produced through sintering, such as in protective tubes. Plasma spraying can be used to create dense monolithic and composite forms. To facilitate rapid cooling, these materials often include a small amount of β-modified molybdenum disilicide. Leveraging its high-temperature resistance, molybdenum disilicide is manufactured into bubbling tubes widely used for glass melt purification in the glass industry.
         The 9-hole molybdenum disilicide bubbling tube currently features the highest number of holes on a 16mm diameter. With approximately 1mm diameter pores, it allows compressed air to be injected into the glass melt, removing finer impurities and resulting in higher glass purity.
