Specializing in manufacturing pollution-free crushing equipment, innovative design, unique technology, and superior manufacturing, the GTJ fluidized bed jet mill and its automated production line are one of the typical models of pollution-free ultrafine grinding. The lining, classification wheel, and nozzles are all made of engineering ceramics.
    I. Main Structure:
    The machine mainly consists of: 1. Upper and lower body; 2. Classification system; 3. Air ring; 4. Crushing system; 5. Pressure display system; 6. Feeding system; 7. Discharge system and machine base.
    II. Working Principle:
    The crushing principle utilizes fluid dynamics from aerospace technology, designing several supersonic nozzles assembled on the circumference of the crushing zone. When purified compressed air is accelerated through the nozzles, it carries the material to be crushed, added by the feeding system, and directly impacts materials coming from the opposite direction via the same principle. This forms multiple nozzles (or guns) focusing on the same point, causing the material to be crushed through shearing, impact, and friction.
    The crushed material is carried by the rising airflow to the classification zone. Through the high-speed rotating classification wheel, qualified powder is separated by centrifugal force and sent with the airflow to the cyclone (also known as the gas-solid separator) for collection. A small amount of ultrafine powder continues with the airflow into the collector (also known as the dust collector), where the gas is discharged and the powder is filtered out.
    III. Features:
1. The crushing mode involves direct impact between materials, resulting in high impact force utilization.
2. Equipped with an independent ceramic classification wheel. Through variable frequency speed regulation, the particle size range can be adjusted arbitrarily to meet the required particle size distribution for various materials, resulting in a narrow particle size distribution range.
3. Suitable for ultrafine grinding of brittle materials with a hardness below level 7.
4. The crushing process mainly involves collisions between materials, with minimal contact with the inner wall of the crushing zone, resulting in very low wear. The lining is entirely made of engineering ceramics, ensuring the product remains uncontaminated.
5. The machine has a relatively simple structure and is easy to operate. Apart from the ceramic parts, the entire machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel (with polishing or matte finishing).
    Application Scope:
    Suitable for high-tech ceramic materials, lithium battery cathode and anode materials, trichromatic phosphors, LED and other luminescent materials, electronic materials, copy powders, fine chemical materials, and other ultrafine powder industries. It can form an automated production line, achieving integrated mechanical-electrical systems and dust-free ultrafine powder processing.
