This product is the latest addition to pollution-free crushing machinery. It was developed to address the need for high-yield, high-efficiency models in pollution-free crushing and to overcome production bottlenecks in the large-scale manufacturing of new materials. It features ingenious design, simple structure, and high-speed, multi-point, multi-station crushing. The production capacity ranges from 30 kg to 1000 kg/h, with fineness between 100 and 300 mesh. The fixed and rotating discs are densely embedded with highly wear-resistant engineering ceramic cylinders. The rotating disc drives these cylinders at a linear speed of 40–60 meters per second, swiftly moving between the cylinders of the fixed disc to impact and grind the coarse powder added between them. After efficient crushing, the material is collected.
